Job 96: YoungCuts!

A Bronze finalist from the YoungCuts Film festival which features the best 100 short films from filmmakers under 25 every year in Montreal.
You can watch most of the finalists' short films HERE for free!

YoungCuts hired me for Job 96 to host six videos about economics and graphs. YoungCuts is also a well-sponsored Montreal-based film festival featuring the best emerging filmmakers from around the globe. More information from the YoungCuts website:

The YoungCuts Film Festival is North America's only international film festival whose primary purpose is to advance the careers of young filmmakers. The Festival is an event showcasing the best emerging filmmaking talent from student film makers and non-student film makers alike. The Festival features all types of short films produced by people 25 years old and under, and was created to help launch talented young people's film and television careers, by providing exposure and recognition of their works.

YoungCuts' first festival was held in Toronto in 2001. In 2006, the Festival moved to Montreal. Interest in the Festival has grown dramatically since its inception, and the Festival is now the largest of its kind in the world. In its current format, the festival chooses the best 100 films from approximately 1,000 films that are considered. Sponsors have included Pepsi, American Airlines and Air Canada.

In addition to the broad-based participation by young North American filmmakers, actors and actresses, the Festival encourages participation from young filmmakers around the world. The 2011 edition will be held in Montreal beginning September 29, 2011. Submission and selection criteria are available at YoungCuts.com

I'm honoured to have worked with Louise, Jay and Mike today! I actually know more about graphing and economics now than I did in high school. Ha!

Just 4 more jobs left... so hard to believe!

A reminder:

Job 97 costs $1000
Job 98 costs $2000
Job 99 costs $5000
and Job 100 is going out with a bang at $10 000.

I should make an upward sloping graph with the profits I generated from this project. HA!
