All Over The Place

Holy Smokes. I am in-un-dated. I feel like I'm dividing myself between a hundred important tasks and it's a little unpleasant, unfortunately. I even re-edited yesterday's post about Matt's half-completed website! And that's not even 1/20th of it. I have people to follow up with, grants to apply for, jobs to book and people to see and I have to maintain a half-decent life offline at the same time!

I need to get through it all, one job at a time.

My live broadcast on Ustream.com last night was absolute crap. I think I am going to need to upgrade the speed of my Internet service if I am to continue live broadcasting and I need put in a little more planning, as to not depend solely on the interactivity of my live audience. No one wants to watch a choppy, pause-filled show. The plus of Ustream is that it's interactive, but with a delay of 40 seconds caused by my poor connection, it's more like a bad conversation with an egomaniac at a bar that's too loud. And she's drunk on imported beer! lol!

I did, however, just record a live segment about an hour ago. I edited together a clip via my usual flipcam and here is what went down, via Youtube:

This is the useful link to how to taste beer that I found on ehow.com: Tasting Beer.

The beer that I drank was X.O. Cognac beer by Benedictus. It was absolutely amazing: just sweet enough, with strong notes of honey, ripe fruit and caramel, and a smooth, pleasantly unctuous finish. I gave it a 9.5/10. I did a little research and it won the grand prize of the public vote at the "Mondial de la Bière" in 2000, 2001, and 2003.

IN OTHER JOBS:

A usual, I need more jobs, so I created another job posting in Montreal Craigslist's Artist section. I will also post again on Kijiji tomorrow and Helpareporter.com.

I got one response from a guy or girl called OzLeap, but it was more of a question:

Hey,

Thats an interesting angle, so what will you do after the 100 jobs are completed?

I will sleep. And cry. And send on my completed manuscript to my book editor. And wait for my million dollar cheque to arrive.

LOL.

Happy Saturday, loves! Hopefully you are more composed than I!!!!!

Enjoying my 7:30 p.m. networking dinner at Capriccio with The Social Woman,

Aimoooooooooooooo
